Dinner at Wonderland
While on our 7 day Cruise aboard the amazing Harmony of the Seas, part of the RCCL Fleet, we had one the best meals we have ever had at Wonderland. We were actually blown away by the excellent and quality of the food.
Upon entering you feel like you are entering Wonderland, you are greeted with a beautiful gold door.
Once you enter the golden doors, down the rabbit hole you go!
We were escorted to our beautiful table, where we were met
with a framed menu and a paint brush. We had to “paint” on the
menu in order to have the information displayed, this was very
From the menu you choice the element you would
prefer, we were fortunate enough to have a tasting of
all the elements. We started with an amuse-bouche of the
Oceanic Citrus, a spicy tuna with a floral yuzu granite, from the
Next we had the Liquid Lobster with bone marrow and
caviar from the Sea element.
Followed by crispy crab cones, with cilantro and avocado mousse,
from the Ice elements.
The highlight of our dinner was the Cuban Pork Shank,
which was actually the best Pork Belly we have ever tasted!
We devoured the pork belly and moved on to our next
dish, from the Earth element we had the Terroir Beef, with
river stone potatoes.
We now moved on to another one of their amazing
dishes, the Branzino in crispy bread, this was heavenly!
We are now ready for the desserts, incredible that we were
able to have room for more! First dessert was cream of merengue
and strawberry compote.
Followed by the highlight, the chocolate bomb, see for yourself!
Finally we were served our last dish, their signature dessert!
