Easy Keto Stuffed Avocado with Tuna Tartare Low Carb Recipe.

Avocados are not only healthy but they are so damn delicious! Did you
know avocados are actually a fruit? They really are, so next time you
prepare a smoothie, do not hesitate to add this paleo and keto friendly
fruit to your smoothie.

Stuffed avocados are very versatile and easy to make, if you are on a low
carb diet, avocados will make your dieting simple. Just cut open, remove
seed, and stuff with your favorite protein.

Our favorite protein happens to be Ahi Tuna, here are a few reasons why
we love Ahi tuna.

  • Great source of lean protein, 25 grams for 3 ounces and only 110 calories.

  • Great source of magnesium.

  • Low in saturated fat.

  • Rich in Vitamin B6 and B12.

  • Easy to prepare and so very delicious!

  • 1 Each Avocado
  • 200 Grams Sushi Grade Yellow Fin Tuna
  • 2 Each Scallions
  • 1/2 Each White Onion minced
  • 2 Each Limes
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Handful Microgreens


  1. - Cut the avocado in half

    - Remove the the pit

    - Add the microgreens to the hole


    - Add the tuna

    - Llime

    - Lemon zest

    - Onions

    - Half the cilantro and blend it all together using a spoon. 

    - Refrigerate for 20 min.

    - Using an ice cream scoop add the mixture to the avocado.

    - Top if off with scallions and cilantro.
