These delicious protein bars taste like an apple pie but in a convenient and bite size form with a gooey middle. Perfect for breakfast, snack or anytime!

INGREDIENTS
Crust
1/2 Cup Of Organic Coconut Oil Melted
1 Scoop Of Protein Vanilla Cookies
1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Stevia Baking Blend
1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Pastry Flour
1/2 Cup Organic Old-fashioned Oats Toasted

Apple Filling
3 Honey Crisps Apples
3 Tbs Organic Coconut Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Arrowhead Mills Organic Pastry Flour
2 Scoops Of Protein Vanilla Cookies
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

Crumble Topping
1 Scoop Of  Protein Vanilla Cookies
1/2 Cup Organic Old Fashioned Oats Toasted
1/2 Cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Pastry Flour
1/3 Cup Organic Coconut Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Heath Toffee Bits
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil Cold
1/4 Cup Of Peanut Butter

Salted Vanilla

1 Scoops Protein Vanilla Cookies
3 Tbs Of Almond Milk
1/8 Tb Of Himalayan Pink Salt
4 Drops Of Liquid Stevia
1 Tbs Of Coconut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1.”Preheat oven to 300° and line an 8″”x8″” baking pan with
foil, making sure to let the foil hang over the edges

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Oil,Protein Powder sugar,
vanilla and salt and stir with a spatula until smooth, Add the flour and the
oats to the coconut oil mixture and stir until combined.

3. Pour into the baking pan and smooth the mixture
evenly with your spatula, or press it by hand

4. Bake for 15 minutes, remove it from the oven and let
cool while making the apple filling

5. Turn the oven up to 350°

Apple Filling

1. In a small mixing bowl combine the minced apples, Protein Powder, brown
sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg

2. Stir until smooth and fully combined

3. Spread the mixture on top of the crust

Crumble Topping

1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, Protein Powder, flour,
brown sugar and cinnamon

2. Using your hands or a pastry blender cut in the cold
coconut oil until you get a crumbly mixture

3. Sprinkle on top of the apple filling and bake for 35-40
minutes or until the crumble topping is golden brown

4. Remove from the oven and let cool before placing in
the refrigerator for 2 or more hours

Salted Vanilla
1. Whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth then drizzle over the top.

2. Cut the bars into squares and then drizzle with salted Vanilla
