Breakfast Loaded Toast
– One slice of 12 grain whole wheat bread
– A handful of kale
– Half a Hass avocado cut in slices
– One slice of smoked salmon
– 1 Mushroom, sliced
– 1 Roma tomato , sliced
– 1 slice of red onion thinly sliced
– a dash of everything but the bagel Sesame seasoning blend by Trader Joe’s
– one cup of liquid egg white
– one teaspoon of garlic paste
– 1/4 cup of cottage cheese fat free
Toast your bread
Heat your pan to medium Heat
In a blender blend the egg white, the garlic paste, and cottage cheese.
When the pan is hot at some spray oil or a pinch of coconut oil butter or ghee butter
Pour your mix in and let it cook for about 5 minutes be careful not to burn it.
Assemble the loaded toast in this order:
And finish it off with a dash or two of everything but the bagel Sesame seasoning blend by Trader Joe’s.
