S’mores Pumpkin Spice Protein Halloween Cake

It is perfect for everyone, it uses protein powder and Stevia making a healthier alternative. Who else is creating taste healthier alternatives for Halloween? Who said Halloween is only for kids?
Scary S'mores Pumpkin Spice Protein Cake
See this remarkable easy Scary S'mores Pumpkin Spice Protein Cake. Ultra moist and a healthy alternative, perfect or Halloween!
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 cup baking Stevia powder
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 2 scoops s'mores protein
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 each eggs
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 12 each Oreo Thins
- 1 small pumpkin
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms chocolate sugar free syrup
- 8 each marshmallow
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cut off top half of pumpkin and core the inside and remove all seeds.
Mix first 10 ingredients in a mixer.
Layer the bottom of the pumpkin with the Oreo Thins. Add the mixed ingredients to the pumpkin. Top with chocolate syrup and add marshmallows.
Bake for 50 minutes, until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
