carb diet, avocados will make your dieting simple. Just cut open, remove
seed, and stuff with your favorite protein.

Ingredients
- 1 Each Avocado
- 200 Grams Sushi Grade Yellow Fin Tuna
- 2 Each Scallions
- 1/2 Each White Onion minced
- 2 Each Limes
- 3 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
- 1 Handful Microgreens
Instructions

- Cut the avocado in half
- Remove the the pit
- Add the microgreens to the hole
IN A BOWL
- Add the tuna
- Llime
- Lemon zest
- Onions
- Half the cilantro and blend it all together using a spoon.
- Refrigerate for 20 min.
- Using an ice cream scoop add the mixture to the avocado.
- Top if off with scallions and cilantro.
