Yellow Stack

  • 2 scoops Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Hungry Jack Extra Fluffy Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Apple Spice
  • 6 drops Yellow Food Coloring

  • 2 scoops Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Hungry Jack Extra Fluffy Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Apple Spice
  • 6 drops Orange Food Coloring

  • Sugar Free Cool Whip
  • Candy Corn
  • Walden Farms sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
  • Powdered Sugar

  1. They key here is to get thick pancakes so if your mixture is too liquidy then add more pancake mix . You can use a Cookie Cutter Mold to make your pancakes go up and not outwards.

Mix all of your ingredients for each color of pancake separately in a mixer.

Using a measuring Cup add 1/3 Cup of Pancake mix to a medium heated pan and cook until you see the bubbles on the surface then flip and cook for 1 min. Repeat until done

To Stack you might need a skewer down the middle because hot pancakes and Cool whip will make your pancakes run off.

Add your yellow pancake, then orange then cool whip. Repeat until done. Finish off with cool whip topping, add the candy corn, and powdered sugar.

This just sounds like a really great idea to do post Halloween. I think kids would enjoy this as much as Halloween itself! At least I now know what to do with all the left over candy.

A candy corn lover would think this recipe is pure heaven! I am sure I could sub some other flavors of candy I like since the actual candy corn is only used as a topping. 🙂
