PEAR AVOCADO BCAAS SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of
    BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Apple Pear flavor
  • 1/2 Haas avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1 pear (with skin)
  • 1/2 banana
  • Coconut water
  • Coconut flakes
  • Some ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simply mix all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour into a glass and top off with coconut flakes.

    This smoothie sounds absolutely incredible! I never thought to add my BCAA’s into a smoothie. I tend to be boring and just add water to drink them.

    Wow, avocado smoothie, never try this before. I love avocado on toast, salad, etc… I’m not sure if this work for me but I’m willing to give it a go.

    I’ve tried an avocado smoothie before but wasn’t sure how to make one. Thank you for this recipe. Love that it has pear in it too!

    Avocado is a big hit with my oldest son and his family. I know they use them in smoothies too. Even my granddaughter loves them!

    Interesting flavor suggestion! I have never seen this before; normally I stick with more traditional flavors (chocolate & vanilla).

    Your recipe is great, though I’d replace avocado with something else. I know it is such a healthy fruit, but I don’t like its taste, though.

    I have never thought to put avocado into a smoothie before. All sorts of other green veggies, but never those. I would bet they add a great creamy element and have a neutral flavor – great idea!

    This is a very rich smoothie! Avocado, chia, and all. This is a complete meal. I would love to try this. I am trying some meal replacements using complex superfoods to fill me up. 🙂
