PEAR AVOCADO BCAAS SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of
    BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Apple Pear flavor
  • 1/2 Haas avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1 pear (with skin)
  • 1/2 banana
  • Coconut water
  • Coconut flakes
  • Some ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simply mix all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour into a glass and top off with coconut flakes.

    I have never thought to put avocado into a smoothie before. All sorts of other green veggies, but never those. I would bet they add a great creamy element and have a neutral flavor – great idea!

    This is a very rich smoothie! Avocado, chia, and all. This is a complete meal. I would love to try this. I am trying some meal replacements using complex superfoods to fill me up. 🙂
