POMEGRANATE STRAWBERRY CREAM PROTEIN YOGURT IN A CANTALOUPE BOWL

Fruits are complex carbohydrates, which are extremely important in weight loss because every cell in your body uses carbohydrates as energy, and energy is what burns calories. Also, carbs are super important for proper brain function. Most fruits and vegetables (if not all) are complex carbs… simple carbs consist of stuff like fruit JUICE, sugar (table), candy, cake, soda, all of that nasty, unhealthy crud. Fruits are super healthy, so don’t be afraid to eat them.

RECIPE

Ingredients
-One cantaloupe
-One scoop of Strawberry Cream Protein
-One cup Greek yogurt
-Quarter cup pomegranates
-Zero calorie Pancake syrup
-A handful of walnuts

Instructions:
Cut the cantaloupe in half. Using a small sized ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of cantaloupe and set them aside. When you’re done put them all back inside the bowl.
In a high speed blender blend together Greek yogurt, pomegranate, pancake syrup, protein powder. Pour over the cantaloupe balls. Top it with whipped cream, some pomegranate , walnuts and strawberries
