A New Easy & Quick Powerful S’MORES PROTEIN OATMEAL Recipe

One of our favorite meals is breakfast, sometimes we don’t have a lot of time in the morning so we make sure to prepare enough oatmeal for a 2-3 days when we meal prep. Powerful S’MORES PROTEIN OATMEAL Recipe has so many benefits and doesn’t have to be plain and boring.  Some of the benefits of oatmeal are:

  1. They are Nutritious, they are a good source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds.
  2. Whole oats are high in antioxidants and beneficial plant compounds called polyphenols.
  3. They can reduce cholesterol levels and protect LDL cholesterol from damage.
  4. Oats can improve blood sugar control.
  5. Oatmeal is very filling and can help with appetite control and weight loss.
  6. Oats helps keep us regular and aids with constipation.
Think oatmeal is boring and tasteless?  Think again. This power packed protein breakfast is so delicious and good for you which has complex carbohydrates and is rich in soluble fiber that has been linked to good heart health.  Other benefits include Boosts Energy Levels, Protects Your Skin, Supports weight loss, prevents diabetes and reduces colon cancer.
Have this before your next workout for increased and sustainable energy levels .This will make about 6 servings of oatmeal, great for the entire week


• 4 cups of cashew milk + plus 1 more cup for after its cooked.
• 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
• 2 tbsp. MCT Oil
• 5 blotter shots  of liquid stevia
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder + plus more for topping
• Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
• ¼  Cup Protein Granola
• Fat Free Whipped cream


1. In a crock pot add the first 6 ingredients and stir it until the protein powder is dissolved.
2. Cook until its softened and has a mushy consistency like porridge. If it becomes too dry add more cashew milk .
3. Top it with wiped cream, then chocolate syrup, then granola and sprinkle some cinnamon powder
