Ingredients

  • 1 Each Avocado
  • 200 Grams Sushi Grade Yellow Fin Tuna
  • 2 Each Scallions
  • 1/2 Each White Onion minced
  • 2 Each Limes
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Handful Microgreens

Instructions

  1. - Cut the avocado in half

    - Remove the the pit

    - Add the microgreens to the hole

    IN A BOWL

    - Add the tuna

    - Llime

    - Lemon zest

    - Onions

    - Half the cilantro and blend it all together using a spoon. 

    - Refrigerate for 20 min.

    - Using an ice cream scoop add the mixture to the avocado.

    - Top if off with scallions and cilantro.
